This high performing, non-corrosive rinsing agent is designed to break down tough soils from surgery, handle difficult water conditions, and does the job of both an enzyme detergent and a traditional detergent, all in a single wash. To be used in washer-disinfectors and cart washers.

For washer-disinfectors and cart washer applications, dose One & Done! between 0.1-1.0 oz./gal. of water (0.8-8.0 mL/L), according to water quality and typical soil load. Adjust phase settings to eliminate the enzyme phase on the wash cycle. Set detergent phase to run for 4 minutes at 120-130ºF (49- 54ºC). Detergent can be dosed at machine’s ambient temperature.

Ever Bright
This concentrated blend of organic acids is engineered to remove light scale, corrosion, and dull appearances from instruments, machine chambers, instrument cases, case carts, trays, and basins. Primarily for use inside washer-disinfectors, cart washers, and some manual applications.

Note: ALWAYS DILUTE WITH WATER BEFORE USE.
Always add Ever Bright to water. Never add water to undiluted Ever Bright. If deionized water is not available, ensure the water used contains less than 50 ppm chlorides.
Manual Use: Don appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as outlined in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before mixing product with deionized water. Add 1-2 quarts Ever Bright per 8 gallons of deionized or reverse osmosis water. Soak instruments for approximately 30 minutes. With a towel, spot scrub troublesome areas as needed. Discard solution daily.
Machine Use: Pre-clean instruments according to normal standard operating procedures. Add 1-2 quarts of Ever Bright for every 8 gallons of water in descaling or brightening cycles. Use deionized or reverse osmosis water for 30 minutes at 160ºF (71ºC), followed by two rinse phases.

For manual applications, dilute product 1:6 with deionized or reverse osmosis water. Soak instruments in solution for a minimum of 1 minute. Rinsing or wiping the instrument is not necessary. Instruments are now ready for sterilization. Discard solution daily.

Can be used at full strength for fast deliming of automatic dish machines and C.I.P. equipment or diluted for manual cleaning.

Washer-Disinfectors and Cart Washer Applications: Dose 3X Neutral Plus between 0.05-1.0 oz./gal. of water (0.4-7.9 mL/L), according to water quality and typical soil load. Consult the machine manufacturer’s directions for use of the specific machine being used.
Ultrasonic Applications: Dose 3X Neutral Plus between 0.20-1.0 oz./gal. of water (1.6-7.9 mL/L), according to water quality and typical soil load. Consult the ultrasonic manufacturer’s directions for use of the specific model being used.
Sink (Manual) Applications: Dose 3X Neutral Plus between 0.20-2.0 oz./gal. of water (1.6-15.8 mL/L). Soak duration should be determined by the individual facility’s standard operating procedures. Intercon recommends a minimum soak time of 2 minutes.
Endoscopes: Dose 3X Neutral Plus between 0.20-1.0 oz./gal. of water (1.6-7.9 mL/L). Process the soiled scopes according to the manufacturer’s directions for use or to the specifications determined by the individual facility’s standard operation procedure.

OR Foam Spray is for point of use applications only. Do NOT use for automatic washing applications. Spray OR Foam Spray directly onto soiled instruments as soon after the procedure as possible. Application volume should be directly reflective of soil load. Hold spray tip 6 to 12 inches away from instruments while spraying for maximum coverage. Amply apply to delay dry down. Be sure to follow the facility’s standard operating procedure. Intercon recommends a minimum of 2 minutes of contact time prior to rinsing. Rinse instruments or other substrates thoroughly in warm water before further processing.

Scale-X is a premium delimer that is low odored and non-fuming. It contains a select blend of organic and inorganic acids, combined with controlled foam surfactants and penetrants to prevent corrosion while removing lime deposits, scale, milkstone, films, and light rust from stainless steel, aluminum, tile, porcelain, and other surfaces. Can be used at full strength for fast deliming of automatic dish machines and C.I.P. equipment or diluted for manual cleaning.

Spray extreme build-up areas with full strength product and scrub with nylon scrubber pad. Cycle machine for 15 minutes or until clean. Drain machine tank and rinse thoroughly. Wipe down exterior of machine as outlined in General Cleaning.
